No. The extension only reads the workflow configuration your browser already receives while you are logged in.

Can I move a workflow between accounts?

Yes. Download the JSON in one account and import it into a new, empty draft workflow in the other.

What if an import goes wrong?

A backup is created before importing, so you can restore the canvas to its previous state.
